
The items displayed on the web site represent
only part of our current inventory, and all items are subject
to prior sale. Please feel free to ask about other items
if you have a particular style or size in mind.
Because each item is unique and of a
certain age, we prefer not to have a “click
and buy” site. If you are interested in purchasing
any item you see on the site, please contact us by E-mail
at diane@linge-de-berry.com,
and we will be in touch with you as soon as we can by return
mail or phone. We want to make sure that you have viewed
pictures of the item and have asked any questions that
you may have about its provenance, condition, etc. We will
post other pictures if needed. We want to make sure that
you are truly happy with your purchase.
If you do decide to place an order:
1. Please complete the
following information and E-mail it
to us. This will place your item on hold.

you would like to place on hold — item #, description
and price
2. We will confirm by
e-mail that the item(s) are reserved and awaiting payment,
and will advise you of your total shipping and insurance
costs, and how to address your check. We ship by UPS Ground
or U.S. Mail.
3. We will wait to receive
and clear your check in payment. We only accept checks or
money orders in U.S. dollars or in Euros.
4. When your check is cleared,
we will ship your item. You will have seven (7) days from
the reserve date to make payment to us or to contact us,
or the item may go off ‘Hold”.
5. Returns will only be
accepted if we are advised of your intention to return an
item within five (5) days of your receipt (verified by shipper),
and if the return is for reason of a condition of the item
that was not clarified. We will arrange for UPS pickup at
our cost, but we will not refund the original shipping cost.
(You pay outgoing charge, we pay return.) We will send you
a refund check for the purchase price within 5 days of our
receipt of the item, as long as the item is in the same condition
as when shipped.
